CM/ECF

The bankruptcy court for the District of New Mexico uses the national federal e-filing system, known as Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF), for filing bankruptcy cases and documents electronically. For attorneys and case trustees, electronic submission of documents is mandatory in this district. Currently, there are no provisions for persons filing bankruptcy cases without an attorney to file electronically.
