Combined Mailing Matrix

To obtain a mailing matrix that is for use in a case where there is an order allowing use of a combined mailing matrix, enter the case number and make the following selections:

1. Under Participants category, click inside the box above 3rd Party Plaintiff.  The blue line above 3rd Party Plaintiff will have the effect of selecting all participant types on the matrix.  (There is an option specifically named "blank."  This is not what you should select.  Select the actual blank, not the word "blank.")

2. On the right-hand side of the screen, under Creditors, while holding down the CTRL key, click on:

   • Creditor committee members

   • Creditors who have filed claims

   • Combined Mailing List

Note:  Check the specific provisions of the order to ensure all entities designated to receive notice are selected for the mailing list.  These instructions address the usual situation.
