Maintain Your ECF Account

You may update your account information at any time.  Follow the steps outlined below:

Log in to CM/ECF at https://ecf.nmb.uscourts.gov/

Click Utilities in the blue menu bar

Click on Maintain Your ECF Account

Maintain User Account:

 

Update the information as appropriate.

 

Please note:  Country, County, SSN/ITIN, Tax Id/EIN fields are not required fields, and it is advised not to enter your SSN or Tax Id.

If you do not need to update E-mail information, click Submit

Click Submit again to update party records for open and closed cases

Click Submit to successfully complete the update of person record

Click Email Information to update e-mail addresses

Choose your Noticing Options:

 

Send notices in case in which I am involved

 

Send notices in these additional cases

 

Send Notices for adversary proceedings in which I am directly involved and for their related bankruptcy cases

 

Send Notices for adversary proceedings in which I am directly involved but not for their related bankruptcy cases

 

Send a notice for each filing

 

Send a Daily Summary Report

 

Format Notices for email delivery

Click the Return to Account Screen

If you have completed updating your account information, click Submit.  

Click Submit again to update party records for open and closed cases.

Click Submit to successfully complete the update of person record.
