Notice of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses, and Charges

1. Click Bankruptcy Menu
2. Click Claims Related and Other Events

3. Enter the case number (e.g., 11-10491)

• Ensure case name and number match the document you are filing
• Click Next      

4. Search for the event by typing  Postpetition Mortgage, Fees, Expenses, and Charges (Notice) in the empty box above Available Events
   • The event name  Postpetition Mortgage, Fees, Expenses, and Charges (Notice) will appear in the Available Events box
   • Click  Postpetition Mortgage, Fees, Expenses, and Charges (Notice)
   • The event will then appear in the Selected Events box
   • Click Next

5. If you are an attorney filer, click Next
6. If you are a creditor filer, the following screen displays:

4. • Select any additional attorney(s), or click Next to bypass this screen
   • Click OK when you receive the message "Note:  you have not selected an attorney"

7. At the Select the Party screen, select the party if listed and click Next

• Party filer not listed, Add/Create New Party

8. If you are an attorney filer, the attorney association screen will appear if the attorney/party association does not yet exist. The check box is preselected

• Click Next

9. Browse, verify and attach the document

• Attach supportive documents, if applicable

10. Select the applicable Creditor and claim information from the list

• The Claims Selected will populate with the selection, click Next
• If there is no claim on file, click Next without selecting a claim and then click OK at the message display

11. Select Yes or No for "Is a Certificate of Service included or attached to the document currently being filed?

• If No is selected, the message:  After Filing This Document, File the Certificate of Service found in the Claims Related and Other Events Category displays

12. Click Next
13. Docket Text:  Modify as Appropriate, click Next
14. Verify final docket text before clicking Next
15. Print the Notice of Electronic Filing. It's your receipt.
