Add Additional Attorneys

Upon clicking the   follow these steps:

 

  1. Search for the attorney to determine if their name is already in the database

          

           

 

  1. Enter the Last name of the attorney

  2. Click the Search button

  3. If the attorney is already in the database, the search results screen appears

 

            

 

  1. Click the attorney name to select, or

  2. Click the Create new attorney button if the attorney name is not shown in the Attorney search results (go to Step 2)

  3. Clicking the attorney name will display a pop-up window with the attorney name and address information for verification

 

            

 

  1. If the information is correct, Click Select name from list

  2. The pop-up box will close automatically

 

  1. The Attorney Information screen displays
    1. If you are adding a new attorney, enter the following applicable information:
      • Last name
      • First name
      • Middle name
      • Generation
      • Bar Id (if known)
      • Office
      • Address 1 - 3
      • City
      • State
      • Zip
      • Phone
      • Fax
    2. Change the Lead attorney field from yes to no
    3. A warning message may display if the Bar ID, Office, or E-mail address is blank, click OK to bypass these messages
    4. Click Add attorney
