Bankruptcy CM/ECF will be unavailable the evening of Monday, August 13th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. so that the Clerk’s Office can modify computer programs that relate to assignment of Judge Thuma as a new judge in CM/ECF.  No access will be available to CM/ECF for electronic filing during this maintenance window.  PACER will also be unavailable for New Mexico Bankruptcy case access during this time period.
