Judge Jacobvitz to transition to E-Orders effective Monday, September 10, 2012.
Effective, Monday, September 10, 2012, all proposed orders submitted for Judge Jacobvitz must be submitted electronically via E-Orders in CM/ECF unless otherwise directed by chambers. All proposed orders must conform to the requirements set forth in the electronic filing procedures. It is highly recommended that all proposed orders be created using a word processor (i.e., WordPerfect, Word, etc.) and printed to PDF, not scanned. Customized online training is available using the step-by-step procedures and the video tutorials in the electronic Filing Manual. Until the transition is made, all proposed orders are still required to be submitted via e-email at email@example.com. Of course, if you need help, please contact the CM/ECF help desk for assistance at 505-348-2500 or toll-free at 866-291-6805 select option 3. Thank you for your cooperation with this change in how orders are submitted to the Court.
