Please be advised that the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit (BAP) has entered General Order No. 9. This Order makes permanent the BAP's pilot mediation program. All appeals filed on or after October 1, 2012, other than those involving a pro se party, shall be referred to the Circuit Mediator. Written comments may be made to the Clerk's Office for the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit.
