Bankruptcy Appellate Panel - Mandatory Electronic Filing Effective May 1, 2010

Effective May 1, 2010, the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit ("BAP") will require that, with limited exceptions, all documents submitted to the BAP must be filed electronically using the BAP Appellate CM/ECF System.
