2010-17: New/Changed Forms Associated with New Local Bankruptcy Rules
There are a number of form changes associated with the new Local Bankruptcy Rules. Some of them have substantive changes based on changes to the rules; a number of them simply update the format and exact number of the local rule. And others reflect the Clerk’s conventions for form numbering, which specify:
NM LF = New Mexico local form
NM OF = The New Mexico version of an Official Form
NM PF = The New Mexico version of a Procedural Form promulgated by the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts
