Case Information
NOTICE:
This court has electronic case files and documents. Even if a paper document is filed with the Clerk's Office, the document is scanned, converted to electronic form, and the original paper document is later destroyed (see local bankruptcy rule 5005;). Thus, care should be taken to keep copies of all documents you file. Where possible, you should keep originals and only file certified copies with the court.
