Self-represented Debtor Information Packet

The information packet for self-represented debtors includes all of the information posted on the Court's website and is the same set of documents given to persons who come to the Clerk's Office Customer Service counter.

The packet is a 12 page document of step-by-step instructions and checklist along with resource materials and required forms.
