

Select Other from the Order type drop down list. This is the only selection that should be used at this time.

Select the Order description from the drop down list:
Attorney Order
Note: Select only the Attorney Order description. The other options are for court use only.
Do not enter a hearing date and time. Click Next
Enter the Case number, and click Next

Click the Browse button to view and select your proposed order PDF. Click Next

A Submission Confirmation screen appears. You can view the uploaded PDF by clicking the Order ID hyperlink.

Additional orders can be submitted in the same case by clicking on Do it again hyperlink.
