Judge Starzynski's courtroom is the Animas Courtroom, and is located on the west side of the 13th floor of the Dennis Chavez Federal Building and United States Courthouse, the same building that houses the Clerk's Office. Judge Starzynski conducts preliminary hearings in his Hearing Room, Room 13102.
