Voice Case Information System - McVCIS

If you have a touch-tone telephone, you may obtain case information via the court's Voice Case Information System (McVCIS).

To use the service, call toll-free (866) 222-8029 — between the hours of 4:00 am and 8:00 pm, and follow the instructions provided by the auto-attendant. The service is available in both English and Spanish. When prompted for the state to search, enter "66" for NM, then "2" for New Mexico. There is no charge for using this service.

You are allowed five searches per call. Using your telephone keypad, enter a case number, party name, and social security number or employer tax ID. The computer reads case information directly from the court's database; this is all done electronically using a voice synthesizer which speaks with a "computer" accent. Information is available for cases filed on or after July 1, 1991. Information on new cases is available within 24 hours of filing.
