The Bankruptcy Court in the District of New Mexico will be moving to a new location over Presidents' Day weekend in February 2018 (February 16-19).  We will open for business as usual in our new location on Tuesday, February 20th.  Notices of Court proceedings already include the new location information if the matter is scheduled February 20th or later.  341 meeting locations ARE NOT changing as part of the Court relocation.

The customer service counter will be located on the third floor of the Lomas courthouse.  Bankruptcy courtrooms and hearing rooms will be located on the fifth floor of the courthouse.  All Court phone numbers will change as part of this move.  The list of new phone numbers and other additional move information will be provided as the move time gets closer.
