Mediation Program - Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP)

Effective October 1, 2009, the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP) will begin a one-year pilot program utilizing the services of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Mediation Office.  Appeals filed with the BAP on or after October 1, 2009, may be subject to review by a panel of BAP judges for referral to the Mediation Office.  For more information about the BAP mediation program, go to the website of the U.
