The Judicial Council of the Tenth Circuit approved the changes to the Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico as submitted by the Court to the Council for its consideration on June 2, 2010. On June 30, 2020, the Court entered an Order Adopting Local Rules. The effective date of the Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico is August 2, 2010. The Local Rules adopted August 2, 2010 shall apply to all cases and adversary proceedings pending or filed on or after the effective date, unless the court orders otherwise.
