2010-15: Filing a Notice of Removal

Attorneys are now able to file Notices of Removal electronically via CM-ECF. The steps involved are very similar to the steps used to electronically file an adversary proceeding. The procedures for electronically filing a Notice of Removal have been posted on the Procedures & Instructions section of the Court’s web site. Click on “File Notice of Removal” for detailed instructions which will guide you through the process.
