2010-19: Forms Associated With NM LBR 1002-1: Petition – Concurrent Disclosure of Marital Status and Non-filing Spouse

The Clerk has determined that replacing NM LF 400 with two separate new forms (NM LF 900 and NM LF 901) will make it easier for debtors and practitioners to comply with the provisions of NM LBR 1002-1.  The forms listed below are available on the Court’s website: 

1.  Certification That Debtor Has No Spouse, Pursuant to NM  LBR 1002-1(a)(1), NM LF 900

2.  Statement Disclosing Non-filing Spouse, Pursuant to NM LBR 1002-1(a)(2), NM LF 901

3.  Certificate of Compliance Regarding Notice to Creditors of Non-filing Spouse Information Pursuant to NM LBR 1002-1(b), NM LF 13

4.  Certificate of Service on Non-filing Spouse Pursuant to NM LBR 1002-1(c)(3), NM LF 14

In conjunction with this notice, the Clerk has provided forms NM LF 900 and 901 to the vendors of bankruptcy petition software; please check with your vendor on the status of updates.
