Court Opinions

There are two options for access to court opinions:

1. At the discretion of the judges, chambers staff post some opinions here on the court's web site.  These opinions can be obtained for free through the links below (segregated by judge).  Please note that these local listings do not encompass all opinions issued by the Court.
2. Court opinions may be accessed via PACER through the "Written Opinions" link on the Reports page. Although access to opinions in the "Written Opinions" report is free, users must register for a PACER account to access the report via CM-ECF or PACER. If you already have a PACER account, you may login here to access court opinions. For more information, see Clerk's Notice 2006-33, dated Dec 1, 2006.  The opinions accessed through PACER are a more comprehensive listing than the opinions posted here on the web site via the links below.
