The movant shall determine whether a motion will be opposed. If the motion is opposed, it shall so state. If the movant has not obtained concurrence or opposition from the opposing part(ies), the motion shall recite the attempts made to do so. All motions except for unopposed motions filed in adversary proceedings shall be served on opposing parties. Responses shall be due within twenty-one (21) days after service. Optional replies shall be due within fourteen (14) days after service of the response. Briefs are optional unless otherwise ordered by the court.
