The Rules of Professional Conduct adopted by the Supreme Court of the State of New Mexico apply except as otherwise provided by local rule or by court order. Counsel appearing before the court must comply with the section for lawyers of “A Creed of Professionalism of the New Mexico Bench and Bar.”

(a)        Contact Information. All attorneys and pro se parties shall ensure that all filed papers include their name, address, telephone number, and email address below their signature line. Attorneys shall promptly update any changes to their contact information through PACER. Pro se parties must file of record a notice of any changes to their contact information in each case or adversary proceeding in which they are a party.
