After the List of Creditors File has been uploaded, you can run the Judge/Trustee Assignment.

1. Click Bankruptcy Menu
2. Click Judge/Trustee Assignment
3. The screen will display this message just before the assignment appears: "This may take a few minutes...Please be patient. A confirmation screen will appear."
4. The Judge/Trustee Assignment screen will appear, displaying the assigned judge, trustee, 341 meeting date and time.
   • If the case is a chapter 13, the screen will also include the preliminary confirmation hearing date and time.
   • You may print this page to PDF or generate a hard copy for your records and for use in preparing the notice of objection deadline and confirmation hearing.

Note:  A quality control review by the Clerk's Office must be performed before the meeting of creditors entry and associated notice appear on the docket.

Out of State Zip Code

If the debtor's mailing address zip code is for a city outside of New Mexico (whether in or out of the United States), you will not be able to run the Judge/Trustee Assignment. The Clerk's office will assign the meeting after the quality control review has been performed.
