Mailing Matrix by Case

Need to determine which parties receive an NEF and those who receive paper notices?

The Mailing Matrix by Case is a free mailing matrix offered to ECF users.

The matrix provides different filtering options. You should choose carefully to ensure you obtain the exact mailing matrix that you need.

  1. Click Utilities
  2. Click Mailings, then select Mailings Matrix by Case
  3. Click on the type of mailing list you need to generate for more information:

Mailing Info for a Case

This report produces a list of parties and creditors on the case and indicates whether they will receive notices electronically or by mail. It provides email addresses for each electronic party in the case.

To run the Mailing Info for a Case Report:

  1. Click Utilities
  2. Click Mailings, then select Mailing Info for a Case
  3. Enter the case number.
  4. Click Submit
  5. The report shows those that will receive Electronic Mail Notice and those that will receive Paper Notice
  6. Click on Creditor List to produce a list of the creditors in the case, or
  7. To produce a Creditor List (which includes creditors and parties on the case) in label or raw data format, follow the instructions for List of Creditors.

The List of Creditors provides party and creditor names and addresses in a three-column label format, or raw data format. Limited filtering capabilities are offered. Follow the instructions below to generate a List of Creditors. (PACER fees will apply)

  1. Click Utilities
  2. Click Mailings, then select List of Creditors
  3. Enter the case number

  4. If a Special mailing group needs to be included, make the appropriate selection:

    sg1 = the three credit reporting agencies:

  5. Choose the Format
    • 3 columns
    • raw data
  6. Click Run Report
  7. If you chose 3 columns, the mailing matrix will be returned in PDF format.
  8. If you chose raw data, the list is shown in the following format:
