A creditor matrix contains the names and mailing addresses of creditors. The creditor matrix must be in a .txt file format before it can be successfully uploaded.

NOTE: You must upload a mailing matrix or your case will not be assigned a judge, trustee, and section 341 meeting date.

1. Click Bankruptcy Menu
2. Click Creditor Maintenance
3. Click Upload list of creditors file
4. The Creditor Processing - Upload a File Method screen displays.
5. Enter the Case Number
6. Browse, verify and attach the creditor matrix (TXT file).
7. The total number of creditors displays, click Submit.
8. The Creditor Receipt screen displays.
