| All requests to reschedule a Section 341 Meeting must be made to the United States trustee in chapter 11 cases and to the trustee in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases at least 7 days before the scheduled meeting. If the meeting is rescheduled, the requesting party must file and serve a notice to all creditors and parties in interest of the new meeting date and time, together with a certificate of service. |
